(Annie Lebel, Stéphane Pratte, Geneviève LHeureux)
www.insitu.caLAtelier in Situ works in close relationship with the buildings they invest in. Their interventions, avant-garde yet respectful of the natural construction of the building won them the Grand Prize of Excellence from the Order of Québecois Architects and the Orange prize in recycling in 1998. Very active in the Faubourg des Récollets (Old Griffintown) this architect office seemed designed for this project.

LO.E.U.F (The Office of Urban and Functional Eclecticism)
Architects: Daniel Pearl, Marc Poddubiuk and Bernard OlivierAn architectural firm that orients itself towards a diversified and encompassing architectural practice, LO.E.U.F. was founded by Daniel Pearl and Mark Poddubiuk in 1992. They acknowledge political and ecological questions that are too often excluded from traditional architectural methodology while at the same time working within the dominant currents of their medium. LO.E.U.F has developed an architecture that tries to adapt to the latent social and environmental characteristics within the contexts of their work in order too reveal their site specific characteristics from which LO.E.U.F exploits to create the foundations of each architectural project.
