“Images et Propos Mobiles was created because we wanted to take a momentary break from the habitual art scene to explore the more open, older but also the more uncertain site of expression found on the street. It is this photographic work that makes public the image of people who paradoxically live a contemporary hardship, that of exclusion. We met with a hundred people in the situation of exclusion in Montreal and Lyon. 30 allowed themselves to be photographed. Out of these we chose 8 portraits that we then associated with phrases.
