The intent of Christian Leclerc, in this exposition, is to question the logistics of gallery environments in contemporary art, their roles as catalysts and their responsabilities regarding their involvments with the artists today.
In order to concretize his reflections, principles and habits may occasionally be disrupted . Through the utilization of the existing artistics infrastructures, a symbiotic union is achieved in each local he uses and extrapolates the participants and their materials by juxtapositioning concepts and matter.
The denuding of the artistic organizational structure by the displacement of their environmental surroundings lends itself to a new reality and awakens the medium to a heightend conceptual dimension. The artist intervenes through the redistribution of various materials and borrowed objects in their ephemereal spaces through rigorous and risky organization he demands and imposes a new agenda, where emptiness and neutrality are the prime composites of the spaces.
